Whispers Of The Dead Saint by John Baltisberger

A prisoner shackled to a death sentence has been escorted towards a disturbing unholy quest. The captive man goes by the name of Dodz and the impending expedition involves traveling a cursed land to gain information for a sinister leader named Lord Crol. The wife of this evil overlord has been abducted and information is needed to know why and what powers are behind the inauspicious motive. Promised wealth for the return of the corpse or state of being, Dodz is accompanied by four adventurers that find themselves on a journey of the most morbid magnitude.

A huge axe wielding mammoth of a man, an alchemist of sorts, a two meter tall monster of jesters, a leather clad crossbow warrior and Dodz - The Ghoul Slayer. Equipped with weaponry and supernatural elements these slayers of the damned and undead are prepared to give the reader everything that is required for one heck of a barbaric voyage into the unknown. Set in the world of Mark Borg this entourage of mercenaries for hire take center stage in a tense adventure of SplatterPulp fiction.
Author John Baltisberger continues to break new dark fiction ground with his grimdark fantasy story, Whispers of the Dead Saint. Baltisberger has become a master at ominous settings. His formula of adding creepy corpses, possessed prophets and spiritual depictions of soul stealing terror is a direct result of his vile creative talent. I have followed John’s talent of making readers squirm for some time now and strongly recommend the experience many have enjoyed. A can’t miss Horror Bookworm Recommendation based on a five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ lurid level.
